Advance Your Career with the 2021 DFW*ATW LEAD  Program

The 6-month course is designed to improve your self-awareness and elevate your leadership skills. The workshops will cover topics from managing conflict and effectively communicating your point of view to developing your leadership plan. Come and learn from the best and meet successful technology professionals. Register now for your spot. 


Program Details

Duration: 6 workshops over 6 months, starting on June 26. Each session will be held virtually on a Saturday from 8 am -1 pm. We will incorporate in-person networking meetings, if possible.

Who Should Attend: This program was developed for mid-career and career transitioning technology professionals who want to sharpen their leadership skills and move to the next level.

Costs: 

Individuals:  Early-bird pricing is $750 if you register on or before May 28.  After May 28, the cost of the program is $850 per person (includes costs of assessments and materials).

Group Discount: $50 per person discount is available for groups of 3 or more (includes costs of assessments and materials). Email profdev@dfwatw.org for instructions to register a group.

DFW*ATW LEAD Program Scholarships are available and will be awarded based on financial need. Email profdev@dfwatw.org to apply.

Marsha Clark is an executive coach and independent consultant who founded her own company in 2000. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She has gained international acclaim for her programs that enable women to explore, discover and optimize their potential. One of the offerings, a 12-month program called the POWER of Self, combines experiential learning and individual coaching, and provides an opportunity for women to gain greater personal clarity and a strategic framework for making more deliberate choices in all dimensions of their lives. Marsha’s extensive experience in these crucial workplace issues helps her develop and deliver highly-interactive, powerful learning experiences. 



Kristen Darby

Kristen’s career spans years as a change agent, transformation coach, and intra/entrepreneur using a growth mindset and Agile to develop innovative solutions, products, and service offerings across multiple industries from publishing to consumer product goods. Kristen’s superpower is the ability to uncover hidden market potential and turn it into value. The emerging digital space offers new avenues for connection and expansion. Kristen is energized by imagining the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Machine Learning to change how we live, work and play. Kristen is active in the Dallas innovation / business accelerator space and a Board member of DFW Alliance of Technology and Women (DFW*ATW), and also serves on the Advisory Board for multiple start-ups.

Kristen studied at the University of Texas at Austin and St. Edward’s University where she earned degrees in Journalism and a Master of Business Administration / Management of Information Systems. She is passionate about family, supporting women in STEM careers, and combating human trafficking.

Debra Hunter Johnson
Reciprocity Consulting Group


Debra Hunter Johnson is a seasoned leader with 30 years of experience as a corporate HR and legal executive, culture consultant and business advisor.  After a career in corporate leadership roles, she founded Reciprocity Consulting Group in 2007 to help individuals, teams and organizations accelerate their wisdom curve. Debra also is a startup investor with a focus on founders who are women or people of color. She is a Strategist with Kanarys, a diversity and inclusion technology company and a mentor at the Capital Factory, the most active startup investor/accelerator in Texas.

Debra’s community service interests center on economic empowerment initiatives, developing confidence/resilience in young people and equal access to healthcare.

Satvinder Kaur

Satvinder is passionate about personal development, leadership development, and making a difference. She believes self-discovery is the fundamental and foundational step toward success in your career, spiritual, and personal development journey. Her diverse background includes 15+ extensive experience in leadership, agile Transformation, personal development coaching and mentoring, project management, test automation, robotics process automation, performance architecture/engineering, and business analysis. It is important to her that we share our growth together, care for one another to boost team efficiency, and be rare in the workforce by going beyond the status quo. She has served on multiple committees and supported special events like Innotech and ELF at DFW*ATW in the past, and starting this year 2021, she is excited to serve as Secretary on the board of DFW*ATW. Her professional certifications include “Tony Robbins’s Mastery University”, Knowledge Broker by Mastermind.com Professional, 2019-2020 Emerging Leaders Program by EWF International, and Situational Leadership Training – Ken Blanchard, and many more Personal Development and Professional technical training.


Courtney Ramsey

With over 15 years of experience in corporate Learning & Development / Human Resources, Courtney Ramsey knows about helping others succeed!  As a speaker, author, and consultant, she is known for creating and facilitating leadership programs that empower and motivate. Courtney helps businesses of all sizes create training programs that are customized to their business and expertise.  She recently authored her first book:  Share Your Genius: 35 Tips to Create Training That Transforms.  Over the years, Courtney has trained over 20 thousand associates in the areas of leadership, business management, conflict resolution, effective communication, and operations, helping companies like JCPenney, Sephora inside JCPenney, and Zale Corporation save millions of dollars.  She received her MBA and BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.  Courtney is a Certified Professional in Talent Development with the Association for Talent Development. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the SMU Cox School of Business.
